Acceptable Entity definition

Acceptable Entity means a nonprofit corporation, governmental authority, including a local park district or department, or other organization or entity, approved in writing by the Trustees to be a grantee of a property interest in any Restoration Property or Additional Restoration Property.
Acceptable Entity means an entity:
Acceptable Entity means any Person that is (a) a corporation or limited liability company organized and existing under the laws of the United States of America, any State thereof or the District of Columbia, or (b) a corporation or an entity treated as a corporation for U.S. federal income tax purposes organized and existing under the laws of Bermuda, the Netherlands, Belgium, Switzerland, Luxembourg, the Republic of Ireland, Canada, the United Kingdom, Sweden, Denmark or any other jurisdiction acceptable to the Required lenders.

  • For each Restoration Property and Additional Restoration Property acquired by ARCG II or its contractors, ARCG II shall cause any property interest held by ARCG II or its contractors in such Restoration Property or Additional Restoration Property (including title) to be conveyed to an Acceptable Entity, free and clear of liens and other encumbrances (except for encumbrances acceptable to the Trustees), in accordance with the requirements set forth in Paragraphs 16 - 18, below.

  • Concurrently with the submission of each draft deed or other instrument to the Trustees, ARCG II shall provide a copy of such draft deed or other instrument to the Acceptable Entity named as grantee in the deed, and a copy of the Environmental Covenant relating to such property.

  • Eligible entity means a political subdivision that has:

  • Acceptable Bank means (a) a bank or financial institution which has a rating for its long-term unsecured and non credit-enhanced debt obligations of A- or higher by S&P or A2 or higher by Xxxxx’x or a comparable rating from an internationally recognized credit rating agency; or (b) any other bank or financial institution approved by each Agent.

  • Acceptable Flag Jurisdiction means the Bahamas, Bermuda, Panama, the Xxxxxxxx Islands, the United States or such other flag jurisdiction as may be acceptable to the Required Lenders in their reasonable discretion.

  • Outside Entity means any:

  • Acceptable Tender means any Tender which, in all respects, complies with the conditions of Tender and specifications as set out in the Tender document, including conditions as specified in the Preferential Procurement Policy Framework Act (Act 5 of 2000) and the Supply Chain Management of Council.

  • Acceptable Collateral means any of the following assets of Borrower, if (x) held in or credited to any Collateral Account subject to a first priority Lien under the applicable Security Agreement and (y) the Collateral Requirement has been satisfied with respect thereto:

  • Acceptable Waste means ordinary household, municipal, institutional, commercial and industrial Solid Waste including, but not limited to, the following:

  • (1) ELIGIBLE ENTITY.—The term eligible entity’ means—

  • Responsible Entity means Pendal Fund Services Limited ABN 13 161 249 332, AFSL 431426;

  • Acceptable Appraisal means, with respect to an appraisal of Inventory, the most recent appraisal of such property received by Agent (a) from an appraisal company satisfactory to Agent, (b) the scope and methodology (including, to the extent relevant, any sampling procedure employed by such appraisal company) of which are satisfactory to Agent, and (c) the results of which are satisfactory to Agent, in each case, in Agent’s Permitted Discretion.

  • Applicable Regional Entity means the Regional Entity for the region in which a Network Customer, Transmission Customer, New Service Customer, or Transmission Owner operates. Applicable Standards:

  • Acceptable bid means any bid which, in all respects, complies with the conditions of bid and specifications as set out in the bid documents.

  • Federal covered investment adviser means a person registered under the Investment Advisers Act of 1940.

  • Management Entity means the community developmental disability program or private corporation that operates the regional crisis diversion program, including acting as the fiscal agent for regional crisis diversion funds and resources.

  • Approved school means a school approved and authorized

  • Approved Third-Party Appraiser means each of (a) Xxxxxx, Xxxxxx & Co., (b) Xxxxxxxx Xxxxx Xxxxxx & Xxxxx Inc., (c) Lincoln International LLC (formerly known as Lincoln Partners LLC), (d) Duff & Xxxxxx Corporation, (e) Valuation Research Corporation, (f) Xxxxxxx & Xxxxxx, (g) Xxxxxx Xxxxxxxxx and (h) any other third party appraiser selected by the Borrower in its reasonable discretion.

  • Approved Source means Cisco or a Cisco authorized reseller, distributor or systems integrator.

  • Qualified Operator means a Person that has at least five (5) years’ experience operating power generation and storage facilities generally similar to the Facility.

  • Approved Valuation Firm means, with respect to any Collateral Obligation, each of (a) Xxxxxx Xxxxxx, (b) Xxxxxxxx Xxxxx, (c) Lincoln International LLC, (d) Duff & Xxxxxx and (e) any other nationally recognized valuation firm approved by the Borrower and the Facility Agent.

  • Acceptable Use Policy means the policy located at xxxx://xxx.xxxxxx.xxx/aup (and any successor or related locations designated by us), as it may be updated by us from time to time.

  • Qualified Appraiser An appraiser, duly appointed by the Seller, who had no interest, direct or indirect, in the Mortgaged Property or in any loan made on the security thereof, and whose compensation was not affected by the approval or disapproval of the Mortgage Loan, and such appraiser and the appraisal made by such appraiser both satisfied the requirements of Title XI of FIRREA and the regulations promulgated thereunder, all as in effect on the date the Mortgage Loan was originated.
