Acceptable Practice Management Arrangements definition

Acceptable Practice Management Arrangements means, with respect to any Physical Therapy Entity:
Acceptable Practice Management Arrangements has the meaning set forth in the Credit Agreement as in effect on the Initial Issue Date.

Related to Acceptable Practice Management Arrangements

  • Cash Management Agreements means those certain cash management agreements, in form and substance satisfactory to Agent, each of which is among the applicable Credit Party, Agent, and one of the Cash Management Banks.

  • Cash Management Agreement means any agreement to provide cash management services, including treasury, depository, overdraft, credit or debit card, electronic funds transfer and other cash management arrangements.

  • Investment Management Agreement means the Investment Management Agreement, dated as of the date hereof, by and between the Investment Manager and the Borrower.

  • Property Management Agreement means any Property Management Agreement between the Company and a Property Manager.

  • Community practice protocol means a written, executed agreement entered into voluntarily between an authorized pharmacist and a physician establishing drug therapy management for one or more of the pharmacist’s and physician’s patients residing in a community setting. A community practice protocol shall comply with the requirements of subrule 8.34(2).

  • Secured Cash Management Agreement means any Cash Management Agreement that is entered into by and between any Credit Party and any Cash Management Bank.
