Acceptable Pressure Range definition

Acceptable Pressure Range means the pressure range specified in Kg/Cm2 for each Delivery Point and Redelivery Point as set out under the CT Agreement.
Acceptable Pressure Range means the acceptable pressure range for each Point as specified in the relevant Transaction.
Acceptable Pressure Range means in respect of each Point specified in a GTA, the acceptable pressure range for each such Point as specified in such GTA.

Examples of Acceptable Pressure Range in a sentence

  • All Gas tendered by Shipper to Transporter at the Entry Point shall be tendered at Transporter’s prevailing pressure at that Point, within the Acceptable Pressure Range.

  • All Gas delivered by Transporter to Shipper at the Exit Point shall be at the pressure existing in the downstream pipeline; within the Acceptable Pressure Range.

  • All Gas delivered by Transporter to Shipper at the Exit Point shall be at the pressure existing in the Downstream Pipeline; within the Acceptable Pressure Range set out in the GTA.

  • If, in the case of a GTA for Firm Services, Transporter fails to meet the Acceptable Pressure Range at an Exit Point due to which Shipper fails to take delivery of Gas at such Point, Transporter shall be deemed to have failed to make the Gas available at such Point and may be liable for Shortfall Quantity as determined in such GTA.

  • If Transporter fails to maintain the facilities at the Entry Point within the Acceptable Pressure Range as set out in the GTA and Shipper is unable to deliver Gas in the Transporter’s Facilities, then in the case of a GTA for Firm Services, Transporter may be liable for Shortfall Quantity as determined in such GTA.

  • All Gas tendered by Shipper to Transporter at the Entry Point shall be tendered at Transporter’s prevailing pressure at that Point, within the Acceptable Pressure Range set out in the GTA.

  • If Shipper fails to deliver Gas within the Acceptable Pressure Range at an Entry Point, Transporter shall have no obligation to transport the Gas tendered at such Point and, in the case of a GTA for Firm Services, Shipper may be liable for ship-or-pay payments as determined in such GTA.

  • For each Point there shall be an Acceptable Pressure Range, as specifically provided in the CT Agreement.

  • If Xxxxxxx fails to deliver Gas within the Acceptable Pressure Range at an Entry Point, Transporter shall have no obligation to transport the Gas tendered at such Point and, in the case of a GTA for Firm Services, Shipper may be liable for ship-or-pay payments as determined in such GTA.

  • This will ensure that shipper is able to tender gas into the pipeline while operating within the Acceptable Pressure Range and is not penalised under such circumstances.

  • Acceptable Waste means ordinary household, municipal, institutional, commercial and industrial Solid Waste including, but not limited to, the following:

  • Pressure vessel means a vessel that may be used for containing, storing, distributing, transferring, distilling, processing or otherwise handling any gas, vapour or liquid under pressure greater than the atmospheric pressure and includes any pipeline fitting or other equipment attached thereto or used in connection therewith; and

  • Low-level radioactive waste or “waste” means radioactive material that consists of or contains class A, B, or C radioactive waste as defined by 10 C.F.R. 61.55, as in effect on January 26, 1983, but does not include waste or material that is any of the following:

  • Positive pressure respirator means a respirator in which the pressure inside the respiratory inlet covering exceeds the ambient air pressure outside the respirator.

  • Unacceptable Waste means all waste not authorized for disposal at the Columbia Ridge Landfill and Recycling Center or successor site designated by the City, by those governmental entities having jurisdiction or any waste the disposal of which would constitute a violation of any governmental requirement pertaining to the environment, health or safety. Unacceptable Waste includes any waste that is now or hereafter defined by federal law or by the disposal jurisdiction as radioactive, dangerous, hazardous or extremely hazardous waste and vehicle tires in excess of those permitted to be disposed of by the laws of the disposal jurisdiction.

  • Reid vapor pressure means the vapor pressure of crude oil or other volatile petroleum products at 100 degrees Fahrenheit as determined by the latest edition of ASTM D6377 (RVPE): Standard Test Method for Determination of Vapor Pressure of Crude Oil.

  • Assistant Hydrographic Surveyor means the Assistant Hydrographic Surveyor of the Authority, as the case may be

  • Pressure means relative pressure versus atmospheric pressure, unless otherwise stated.

  • design pressure means the maximum pressure that a pressure vessel or plant is designed to withstand safety when operating normally;

  • noxious liquid substance means any substance designated in Appendix II to this Annex or provisionally assessed under the provisions of Regulation 3(4) as falling into Category A, B, C or D.

  • Finished grade means the approved elevation of ground surface of lands upon which fill has been placed in accordance with this By-law;

  • Acceptable Flag Jurisdiction means the Bahamas, Bermuda, Panama, the Xxxxxxxx Islands, the United States or such other flag jurisdiction as may be acceptable to the Required Lenders in their reasonable discretion.

  • Required Special Servicer Rating means with respect to a special servicer (i) in the case of Fitch, a rating of “CSS3”, (ii) in the case of S&P, such special servicer is on S&P’s Select Servicer List as a U.S. Commercial Mortgage Special Servicer, (iii) in the case of Xxxxx’x, such special servicer is acting as special servicer for one or more loans included in a commercial mortgage loan securitization that was rated by Xxxxx’x within the twelve (12) month period prior to the date of determination, and Xxxxx’x has not downgraded or withdrawn the then-current rating on any class of commercial mortgage securities or placed any class of commercial mortgage securities on watch citing the continuation of such special servicer as special servicer of such commercial mortgage loans, (iv) in the case of Morningstar, such special servicer has a ranking by Morningstar equal to or higher than “MOR CS3” as a special servicer, provided that if Morningstar has not issued a ranking with respect to such special servicer, such special servicer is acting as special servicer in a commercial mortgage loan securitization that was rated by a Rating Agency within the twelve (12) month period prior to the date of determination, and Morningstar has not downgraded or withdrawn the then-current rating on any class of commercial mortgage securities or placed any class of commercial mortgage securities on watch citing the continuation of such special servicer as special servicer of such commercial mortgage securities, (v) in the case of KBRA, KBRA has not cited servicing concerns of such special servicer as the sole or material factor in any qualification, downgrade or withdrawal of the ratings (or placement on “watch status” in contemplation of a ratings downgrade or withdrawal) of securities in a transaction serviced by such special servicer prior to the time of determination, and (vi) in the case of DBRS, such special servicer is acting as special servicer in a commercial mortgage loan securitization that was rated by DBRS within the twelve (12) month period prior to the date of determination and DBRS has not downgraded or withdrawn the then-current rating on any class of commercial mortgage securities or placed any class of commercial mortgage securities on watch citing the continuation of such special servicer as special servicer of such commercial mortgage securities as a material reason for such downgrade or withdrawal.

  • Diameter at Breast Height (DBH) means the diameter of a tree at 4 1/2 feet above the ground measured from the uphill side.

  • True vapor pressure means the equilibrium partial pressure exerted by a petroleum liquid as determined in accordance with methods described in American Petroleum Institute (API) Bulletin 2517, Evaporation Loss from External Floating Roof Tanks, 1980. The API procedure may not be applicable to some high viscosity or high pour crudes. Available estimates of true vapor pressure may be used in special cases such as these.

  • Operating pressure means the pressure at which the parts of an irrigation system are designed by the manufacturer to operate.

  • Septic tank means a watertight, accessible, covered receptacle designed and constructed to receive sewage from a building sewer, settle solids from the liquid, digest organic matter, store digested solids through a period of retention, and allow the clarified liquids to discharge to other treatment units for final disposal.

  • Maximum Concentration Level Assessment means the Maximum Concentration Level Assessment for the purposes of a Basic Comprehensive Certificate of Approval, described in the Basic Comprehensive User Guide, prepared by a Toxicologist using currently available toxicological information, that demonstrates that the concentration at any Point of Impingement for a Compound of Concern that does not have a Ministry Point of Impingement Limit is not likely to cause an adverse effect as defined by the EPA. The concentration at Point of Impingement for a Compound of Concern must be calculated in accordance with O. Reg. 419/05.

  • High global warming potential hydrofluorocarbons means any hydrofluorocarbons in a particular end use for which EPA’s Significant New Alternatives Policy (SNAP) program has identified other acceptable alternatives that have lower global warming potential. The SNAP list of alternatives is found at 40 CFR Part 82 subpart G with supplemental tables of alternatives available at (http://www.epa.gov/snap/).

  • Elevated blood lead level means a level of lead in blood that is any of the following:

  • Automatic tabulating equipment means apparatus that automatically examines

  • Pressure demand respirator means a positive pressure atmosphere-supplying respirator that admits breathing air to the facepiece when the positive pressure is reduced inside the facepiece by inhalation.

  • Residual disinfectant concentration (“C” in CT cal- culations) means the concentration of disinfectant measured in mg/l in a representative sample of water.

  • Instantaneous flow measurement means the flow measured during the minimum time required for the flow-measuring device or method to produce a result in that instance. To the extent practical, instantaneous flow measurements coincide with the collection of any grab samples required for the same sampling period so that together the samples and flow are representative of the discharge during that sampling period.
