Accepted Design definition

Accepted Design means the design for Your Contestable Works accepted by the DNO pursuant to clause 2.3.4;
Accepted Design means the design for the Works accepted by Network Rail in accordance with Clause 2.2.2.13
Accepted Design means the design for Your Contestable Works accepted by the IDNO.

More Definitions of Accepted Design

Accepted Design means the design submitted to the City by the IDT and accepted by the City as the design for the Project;
Accepted Design means the most recently dated and version controlled design pack for the Site accepted by the Adopting Authority, issued to the Contractor to allow the Adoptable Works to commence.

Related to Accepted Design

  • Registered design in this Act shall mean a design for which a design registration has been granted.

  • Notice of Extension/Conversion means the written notice of extension or conversion in substantially the form of Exhibit 3.2, as required by Section 3.2.

  • Airline Designator Code means the two-characters or three letters, which identify particular air carriers.

  • Competitive Local Exchange Carrier (CLEC) means any company or person authorized to provide local exchange services in competition with an ILEC.

  • Voting Deadline means the deadline for submitting Ballots to accept or reject the Plan in accordance with section 1126 of the Bankruptcy Code that is specified in the Disclosure Statement, the Ballots or related solicitation documents approved by the Bankruptcy Court.

  • Competitive Bid Accept/Reject Letter means a notification made by a Borrower pursuant to Section 2.03(d) in the form of Exhibit A-4.

  • Integration Proponent means in relation to an Integration Agreement, “the Company” or “the Joint Venturers” as the case may be as defined in, and for the purpose of, that Integration Agreement;

  • Bid Application Form means the form as specified in Annexure II of this E-Auction Process Information Document;

  • Contract Term Extension means an extension of the term of this contract, at the request of Purchaser, under this Subsection. This Subsection does not obligate Contracting Officer to grant Contract Term Extension. When such extension is made, Forest Service shall make an appraisal using standard Forest Service methods and appraisal data in effect 45 days prior to the original Termination Date. Bid Premium Rates shall be added to such appraised rates to establish Flat Rates or Tentative Rates for the extension period. In event rates so established would develop Current Contract Value immediately prior to such an extension that is less than Current Contract Value at that time, Flat Rates and Tentative Rates in effect immediately prior to extension shall be retained for the extension period. In consideration for granting an extension, Purchaser shall pay the Government for Purchaser’s failure to cut and remove timber meeting Utilization Standards prior to Contract Term Extension, an amount that shall be the total of the costs to the Government resulting from the delay in harvest of Included Timber.
