Access Employees definition

Access Employees has the meaning set forth in Section 5.16(e).
Access Employees means, collectively, Current Access Employees and Former Access Employees.

Examples of Access Employees in a sentence

  • A record of all Access Employees, currently or within the past five years, who are or were required to submit reports under this Code, or who are or were responsible for reviewing these reports, will be maintained in an easily accessible place.

  • Access Employees must accomplish all personal securities transactions in a manner that avoids any conflict (or the appearance of a conflict) between their personal interests and those of its clients.

  • Relevant Employees means the employees of the Contractor (including the Transferring Employees) who are wholly or mainly assigned to work in the provision of the Services and who are/will be the subject of a Relevant Transfer by virtue of the application of the TUPE Regulations.

  • Excluded Employees means those employees listed on Schedule 1.1(w);

  • Business Employee means any individual employed by Seller in or in connection with the Business.

  • Union Employees has the meaning set forth in Section 6.12(a).

  • Part-Time Employees means employees employed on a permanent basis, but obligated to work less than a full (i.e., forty-hour) work week.

  • Current Employees has the meaning set forth in Section 5.6(a).

  • Other Employees means, all the employees other than the Directors, KMPs and the Senior Management Personnel.

  • Transferred Employee has the meaning set forth in Section 6.01(a).

  • Servicer Employees As defined in Section 2.12.

  • Permanent Employees means all employees who are not casual employees, or employees working in a long-term supply assignment, as defined below.

  • Transferring Employees means employees of the Incumbent Contractor who are wholly or mainly assigned to work in the provision of the Service and who are subject of a Relevant Transfer to the Contractor by virtue of the application of the TUPE Regulations.

  • Returning Employees means those persons listed in a schedule to be agreed by the Parties prior to the end of the Contract Period who it is agreed were employed by the Contractor (and/or any Sub-Contractor) wholly or mainly in the supply of the Services immediately before the end of the Contract Period.

  • Hired Employee has the meaning set forth in Section 6.1.6.

  • Seller Plans has the meaning set forth in Section 3.13(a).
