Access to Personnel File. Each employee shall have reasonable access to their file in the Human Re- sources Department for the purpose of reviewing contents. Access will be in the presence of an employee from the Human Resources Department. ARTICLE DURATION IRfenewtahl:er party desires to termi- nate this Agreement as of midnight on the day of Octo- ber, it shall, not less than thirty days, and not more than ninety days prior to such date, give written notice to the other of such notice of termination.
