Accession Document definition

Accession Document means an agreement substantially in the form set out in Schedule 8 (Accession Document) pursuant to which a Group Company becomes a Borrower and/or a Guarantor hereunder;

More Definitions of Accession Document

Accession Document means an agreement substantially in the form of Schedule I pursuant to which a Principal Member of the Group becomes a Guarantor.
