Accession Document definition

Accession Document means an agreement substantially in the form set out in schedule 7 under which a Group Company becomes a Guarantor and/or a Borrower and becomes a party to the Intercreditor Deed;

More Definitions of Accession Document

Accession Document means an agreement substantially in the form of Schedule I pursuant to which a Principal Member of the Group becomes a Guarantor. "ACCOUNTING PERIOD" in relation to any person means any period of approximately three months (ending on the last day in March, June, September and December of each year) or one year ending on the last day in December for which Accounts of such person are required to be delivered pursuant to this Agreement.
Accession Document means a deed of accession substantially in the form set out in Schedule 6 (Form of deed of accession) (or such other form as the Common Security Agent and the Parent may agree).
