Accessory use or structure - a use or structure on the same lot with, and of a nature customarily incidental and subordinate to, the principal use or structure.
Accessory use or structure – on a non-residential property, an accessory use or structure is a use or structure that is customarily incidental, subordinate and reasonably necessary to the conduct of the principal building or use and located on the same lot.
