Accessory use or structure definition

Accessory use or structure means a use or structure subordinate to the principal use of a building or to the principal use of land and which is located on the same lot serving a purpose customarily incidental to the use of the principal building or land use.
Accessory use or structure means a use or structure on the same lot with, and of a nature customarily incidental and subordinate to, the principal use or structure.
Accessory use or structure means a use or detached structure subordinate to the principal use of a structure, land or water and located on the same lot or parcel, serving a purpose customarily incidental to the principal structure.
