Examples of ACCO in a sentence
Within thirty (30) days after the receipt of all materials and information, or such longer time as may be agreed to by the parties, the Agency Head shall make his or her determination and shall deliver or send a copy of such determination to the vendor and ACCO and, in the case of construction or construction-related services, the Engineer, Resident Engineer, Engineering Audit Officer, or other designee of the Commissioner, together with a statement concerning how the decision may be appealed.
The CDRB shall send a copy of its decision to the vendor, the ACCO, the Corporation Counsel, the Comptroller, the CCPO, the Office of Construction, the PPB, and, in the case of construction or construction-related services, the Engineer, Resident Engineer, Engineering Audit Officer, or other designee of the Commissioner.

Changes to this Agreement may be made only as duly authorized by the ACCO or his or her designee and in accordance with the PPB Rules.
