Account Direction means the Agency and Custody Account Direction for Cash Balances in the form of Exhibit H attached hereto, as executed and delivered to the Collateral Agent by the Company from time to time.

  • Account Information means any information relating to the Account including without limitation to the Account number, Account balance or value, gross receipts, withdrawals and payments to or from the Account.
