Account Holder Data definition

Account Holder Data means all code, data, documentation, information, text, images, statistics, analysis, diagrams, images, sounds and other materials embodied in any form (including any Content) which is inputted to the Xxxxxx Platform or otherwise provided by the Account Holder, any Platform Users or Xxxxxx on the Account Holder's or any Platform User's behalf, for the purpose of using the Xxxxxx Platform or any Platform Licence or for facilitating the Account Holder's or any Platform User's use of the Xxxxxx Platform or any Platform Licence;
Account Holder Data means all data, works and materials: uploaded to or stored on the Website / Platform by the Account holder; transmitted by the Products at the instigation of the Account holder; supplied by the Account holder for uploading to, transmission by or storage on the Products; or generated by the Products as a result of the use of the Services by the Account holder, but excluding analytics data relating to the use of the Platform and server log files;
Account Holder Data means all code, data, documentation, information, text, images, statistics, analysis, diagrams, images, sounds and other materials embodied in any form (including any Content) which is inputted to the Thomas Platform or otherwise provided by the Account Holder, any Platform Users or Thomas on the Account Holder’s or any Platform User’s behalf, for the purpose of using the Thomas Platform

Examples of Account Holder Data in a sentence

  • Workato will maintain security incident management policies and procedures and will notify Account Holder without undue delay after becoming aware of any accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, unauthorized disclosure of, or access to, Account Holder Data (“Data Breach”).

  • Subject to the limited licenses granted herein, Workato acquires no right, title or interest in any Account Holder Data.

  • Workato shall defend, indemnify and hold harmless Account Holder, its Affiliates and each of its and its Affiliates’ officers, directors, agents and employees from all claims, demands, proceedings, or suits brought by an unaffiliated third party alleging that the Workato Platform (excluding the Account Holder Data, and the Recipes or Connectors created by Account Holder or any third party) infringes or misappropriates the intellectual property rights or proprietary rights of such third party.

  • The Accounts consist of: (i) Account configurations, meta-data, job history summaries, and definitions of Recipes and custom Connectors, pages, table storage, file storage, and other assets (together “Account Data”), and (ii) records of processing of Account Holder Data on the Workato Platform, including job history details and trigger event data (“Transaction Data”).

  • For purposes of clarity, Usage Data may include Account Information subject to the Privacy Policy, but will exclude all Account Holder Data processed on the Workato Platform.

  • In the event that Account Holder does not request Workato to delete the Account, Workato will destroy the Accounts (together with all associated Account Data and Account Holder Data on the Workato Platform) left in Workato’s system within ninety (90) days after termination or expiration of this Agreement.

  • Please note that the Account Holder Data box in the graphic does not consist of data that is required to be processed by ICANN.

  • The Accounts consist of: (i) Account configurations, meta-data, and definitions of Recipes and related assets (together “Account Data”), and (ii) records of processing of Account Holder Data on the Workato Platform (“Transaction Data”).

Related to Account Holder Data

  • Account Holder The term “Account Holder” means the person listed or identified as the holder of a Financial Account. A person, other than a Financial Institution, holding a Financial Account for the benefit of another person as an agent, a custodian, a nominee, a signatory, an investment advisor, an intermediary, or as a legal guardian, is not treated as the Account Holder. In these circumstances that other person is the Account Holder. For example in the case of a parent/child relationship where the parent is acting as a legal guardian, the child is regarded as the Account Holder. With respect to a jointly held account, each joint holder is treated as an Account Holder.

  • Joint Account Holder means a person in whose name a Joint Account is maintained;

  • Cardholder Data has the meaning defined by the PCI Security Standards Council, Payment Card Industry (PCI) Data Security Standard (DSS) and Payment Application Data Security Standard (PA-DSS), Glossary of Terms, Abbreviations, and Acronyms, Version 3.0, January 2014, currently available online at: xxxxx://xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx/documents/PCI_DSS_Glossary_v3.pdf.

  • Information Security Program means the administrative, technical, and physical safeguards that a licensee uses to access, collect, distribute, process, protect, store, use, transmit, dispose of, or otherwise handle nonpublic information.

  • Excluded Account means (a) any deposit account specifically and exclusively used for payroll, payroll taxes and other employee wage and benefit payments to or for the benefit of any Loan Party’s employees and (b) any Xxxxx Cash Accounts.

  • Noteholder FATCA Information means, with respect to any Noteholder or Note Owner, information sufficient to eliminate the imposition of, or determine the amount of, U.S. withholding tax under FATCA.

  • Excluded Accounts means any deposit account or securities account used exclusively as (a) payroll and other employee wage and benefit accounts, (b) tax accounts, including sales tax accounts, (c) escrow, fiduciary or trust accounts, (d) zero balance accounts and (e) the funds or other property held in or maintained in any such account identified in clauses (a) through (d).

  • location data means any data processed in an electronic communications network, indicating the geographic position of the terminal equipment of a user of a publicly available electronic communications service;
