Client Personal Data definition

Client Personal Data means any personal data provided to us by you, or on your behalf, for the purpose of providing our services to you, pursuant to our engagement letter with you;

Client Personal Data means any Personal Data Processed by a Contracted Processor on behalf of a Client Group Member pursuant to or in connection with the Agreement;

Client Personal Data means Personal Data relating to a Data Subject received by or on behalf of the Service Provider from the Client, Client Affiliates and their respective Representatives and Related Parties in the course of providing Services under the Agreement to the Client. Client Personal Data may include names, contact details, identification and verification information, nationality and residency information, taxpayer identification numbers, voiceprints, Service Provider account and transactional information (where legally permissible), to the extent that these amount to Personal Data under applicable local data protection or data privacy law;

Examples of Client Personal Data in a sentence

• The Client Personal Data that Delaware may be required to Process under this Agreement and/or any Statement of Work will be determined by the Client (either alone or in conjunction with Delaware).

• Nature The nature and purpose of Processing of Client Personal Data will be such incidental access to Client Personal Data as Delaware may be granted on a temporary basis in connection with its performance of the Agreement and/or any relevant Statement of Work.

• Depending on the circumstances, the Client Personal Data could include: • Identification information (e.g. name or other unique identifier); • Contact information (e.g. email address, postal address, telephone contact numbers); and • Information about or relating to products or services provided to or for the benefit of a Data Subject.

• Subject matter / purpose Delaware’s Processing of any Client Personal Data under this Agreement and/or any Statement of Work is incidental to Delaware providing the Services and performing its other obligations set out in this Agreement and any Statement of Work.

• Depending upon the nature of the incidental temporary Processing required, the activities Delaware may undertake could include temporary access (including remote access into Client systems) and analysis of Client Personal Data (which in turn may involve temporary storage and retrieval of Client Personal Data).

More Definitions of Client Personal Data

Client Personal Data means Personal Data, relating to Data Subjects, Processed in connection with the Service provided by the Data Processor to the Client.

Client Personal Data means all Personal Data which is owned, controlled or processed by the Client which is provided by or on behalf of the Client to the Supplier or which comes into the possession of the Supplier as a result of or in connection with the supply of the Services

Client Personal Data refers to the personal data processed by Agile on behalf of the Client in the provision of the Processor Services.
