Analytics Data definition

Analytics Data means data, other than Customer Data or OEM Data, that is generated in connection with Customer’s use of any Cox Product, including log, performance, usage, referral, search term, pixel, session, cookie, flash local storage object, beacon, and other web analytics data.
Analytics Data means data gathered, originated, prepared, obtained, received, computed, developed, or stored by or on behalf of Camelot which relates to or is used in connection with Camelot’s proprietary analysis of the operation of the services including performance of technology, advertising effectiveness, consumer behavior, and trend analysis. “Analytics Data” may include information derived from or combined with Lottery Data provided that any such data contains no State Personal Data and is used only in anonymized and aggregated form.
Analytics Data means information about how the Site and/or the Platform are performing. Analytics Data includes information gathered via our licensing management service, which sends data to Looker concerning the performance of the Platform.

  • Customer acknowledges that Xxxx will own all Analytics Data on creation.

  • Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Agreement, Xxxx may monitor, analyse and compile information based on and/or related to Customer's use of the Services in an aggregated, de-identified format (Analytics Data).

  • Customer acknowledges and agrees that NKA may collect, maintain, process, and use diagnostic, technical, usage, and related information, including Analytics Data and other information about Customer’s computers, systems, and software, that NKA may gather periodically to improve the performance of the Software or develop Updates.

  • For these pur- poses, Serrala is entitled to use the Derived Analytics Data in all known and unknown forms of use and without restrictions on transferability, sublicenses, time, place or manner, even after termination of the contractual relationship.

  • The foregoing license includes the right for Worldsensing to develop and publish or otherwise make available broadly applicable insights regarding aggregated data from multiple Worldsensing Software Licensees, but only when the Analytics Data have been aggregated or de-identified so that such insights cannot reasonably be used to identify Licensee’s Users or Visitors.


More Definitions of Analytics Data

Analytics Data means data sets generated by utilization of the Processing Software upon Client Data, Pixalate Data and Third Party Data, as applicable. Visual presentation of Analytics Data will be displayed in a manner determined by Pixalate in its sole discretion.
Analytics Data means information about how the Site and/or the Platform are performing.
Analytics Data means any technical, statistical or analytical data; correlative and/or contextual data; output from analytics and detections which are periodically gathered or aggregated in connection with Customer use of an Offering, including but not limited to data generated in connection with Customer's access, use and configuration of the Offerings and data derived from it (e.g., interacting with the Offerings), but which excludes any data that could be used to identify Customer or any of its Authorized Users.
Analytics Data means (i) usage data which may be used to improve Products; and/or (ii) metadata about Products which may be used to automate or perform certain Support functions, but in each case excluding data or software code backed up by (or stored on) Software in Customer’s environment;
Analytics Data means all aggregate, de-identified data and other information relating to the provision, use and performance of various aspects of the Services (including the use of Customer Data) that is collected by Nametag.
Analytics Data means any analytics data generated by or in relation to the StubHub Platform;
Analytics Data means data and information related to Customer’s Use of the Software that is Used by NKA in an aggregate and anonymized manner, including to compile statistical and performance information related to the provision and operation of the Software.
