Account Parties definition

Account Parties means, collectively, the Company and each of the LC Subsidiaries.

Account Parties means each of XL Capital, XL America, XL Insurance and XL Re.

Account Parties has the meaning specified in the recital of parties to this Agreement.

Examples of Account Parties in a sentence

• No waiver of any provision of this Agreement or consent to any departure by the Account Parties therefrom shall in any event be effective unless the same shall be permitted by paragraph (b) of this Section, and then such waiver or consent shall be effective only in the specific instance and for the purpose for which given.

• The Administrative Agent shall notify the Account Parties and the Lenders of the Effective Date, and such notice shall be conclusive and binding.

• Without prejudice to the survival of any other obligation of the Company hereunder, the indemnities and obligations of the Company contained in this Section 8.04 shall survive the payment in full of all the Obligations of the Account Parties.

• The Account Parties shall pay such Lender the amount shown as due on any such certificate within 10 days after receipt thereof by XL Capital.

• The Company irrevocably waives acceptance hereof, presentment, demand, protest and any notice not provided for herein, as well as any requirement that at any time any action be taken by any Person against any Subsidiary Account Parties or any other Person.
