Agent’s Group definition

Agent’s Group has the meaning specified in Section 8.02(b).

Examples of Agent’s Group in a sentence

• Each Lender understands and agrees that in engaging in the Activities, the Agent’s Group may receive or otherwise obtain information concerning the Loan Parties or their Affiliates (including information concerning the ability of the Loan Parties to perform their respective Obligations hereunder and under the other Loan Documents) which information may not be available to any of the Lenders that are not members of the Agent’s Group.

• Each Bank understands and agrees that in engaging in the Activities, the Agent’s Group may receive or otherwise obtain information concerning the Borrowers or their Affiliates (including information concerning the ability of the Borrowers to perform their respective obligations hereunder, under the Local Currency Addendum, if applicable, and under the Japan Local Currency Addendum, if applicable) which information may not be available to any of the Banks that are not members of the Agent’s Group.
