Accredited high school. , as used in this Part, means any high school that has met all compliance rules and regulations as required by the State of Illinois.
Accredited high school means one or more edu- cational institutions that provide secondary instruction to students in grades 9, 10, 11, and 12 and that are des- ignated accredited, or are within an education system designated accredited, by an accrediting agency recog- nized by the United States department of education, by the Kansas state board of education, or by an agency with standards equivalent to those of the United States department of education or the Kansas state board of education.

  • Accredited school means a school that is accredited by an accrediting agency, recognized according to Minn. Stat. § 123B.445 or recognized by the Commissioner of the Minnesota Department of Education (MDE).
