Accredited Representative of the Union definition

Accredited Representative of the Union means an officer or Employee of the CPSU or a workplace delegate accredited by an authorised officer of the CPSU. ‘Agreement’ means the Building Commission Agreement 2006. ‘Commission’ means the Building Commission which, for the purposes of this document, is the Employer. ‘Commissioner’ means the person appointed or acting in the position of Commissioner, Building Commission. ‘Delegate’ means a person nominated by the Commissioner to act on behalf of the Commissioner. ‘Divisional Head’ means Director or General Manager.
