  • Viewability Standards will be measured using the viewable impression data generated by an Accredited Vendor for all tracking, reporting and invoicing purposes for applicable Media Placements, and Agency hereby agrees to accept Advertiser’s Accredited Vendor as the basis for measurement and payment for all applicable Media Placements.

  • SEOCH Participant is responsible for and shall pay the Accredited Vendor all fees and charges incurred for the Telecommunication Lines.

  • Upon Approval of the Reaccreditation Application, and contingent on the VENDOR meeting its obligations under this AGREEMENT, ACCT will continue to provide access to an electronic, print-ready ACCT Accredited Vendor Logo in vertical and horizontal format.
