Accrued Rights and Obligations. Termination of this Agreement for any reason shall not release either Party hereto from any liability which, at the time of such termination, has already accrued to the other Party or which is attributable to a period prior to such termination nor preclude either Party from pursuing any rights and remedies it may have hereunder or at law or in equity with respect to any breach of this Agreement.

Accrued Rights and Obligations. Termination of this Agreement will not relieve either party for liabilities or obligations incurred pursuant to the terms and conditions of this Agreement prior to termination.

Except as otherwise expressly provided in this Agreement, termination of this Agreement shall not affect the rights and obligations of the Parties that accrued prior to the effective date of such termination. Any right that a Party has to terminate this Agreement, and any rights that such Party has under Article 11, shall be in addition to and not in lieu of all other rights or remedies that such Party may have at law or in equity or otherwise, including rights under the Bankruptcy Code.
Accrued Rights and Obligations. Any termination of this Agreement will not adversely affect any rights or obligations that may have accrued to either party before the date of termination.
