If an Early Redemption Level is specified as applicable under the relevant Final Terms, and if so specified in such Final Terms, the Accumulated Amount will be paid only upon occurrence of an Early Redemption Event.
Each Accumulated Amount, in relation to the relevant Accumulated Valuation Date, will be equal to the product between (i) the Accumulating Amount provided in relation to such Accumulating Valuation Period and (ii) the total number of Accumulating Events occurred during the relevant Accumulating Valuation Period.
For the purposes of these Conditions, the following definitions will apply: Accumulated Amount means, in relation to one or more Accumulated Valuation Date, the amount in the Settlement Currency to be paid to the Securityholder on the relevant Accumulated Payment Date per each Minimum Exercise Amount pursuant to Condition 24 (Pay-out provisions).
The Fee on the outstanding premiums shall be deducted from the Accumulated Amount at the end of each year of the validity period of the Contract.
