Acknowledgement Agreements definition

Acknowledgement Agreements means the Acknowledgment Agreements, substantially in the form of Exhibit A hereto, between CBI’s warehousemen, fillers, packers and processors and the Agent, in each case acknowledging and agreeing, among other things, (A) that such warehousemen, fillers, packers and processors do not have any Liens on any of the property of CBI or any Subsidiary and (B) to the collateral assignment by CBI to the Agent of its interest in the contracts with each of such warehousemen, fillers, packers and processors.
