ACP Rules definition

ACP Rules means the Commission’s rules at Title 47, Code of Federal Regulations, sections 54.1800-54.1814, section 1752 of the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act, and Commission orders related to ACP, and as they may be amended, and the rules of any successor and/or similar program providing broadband benefits to eligible households as established by the Commission.
