Acquired Facility definition

Acquired Facility means any property which, within six (6) months prior to the date of its acquisition by the Company, has been used or operated by a Person or Persons other than the Company in a business similar to that in which such property has been or is to be used or operated by the Company.

More Definitions of Acquired Facility

Acquired Facility means any [i] Acquisition Project that becomes part of the Leased Property in accordance with Article 22, and [ii] Development Project that becomes part of the Leased Property in accordance with Article 22, individually and collectively.
