Acquisition Funds definition

Acquisition Funds means the payment of the merger consideration to the Seller of Target under the Acquisition Agreement and the payment of Transaction Expenses.

Acquisition Funds means one or more acquisition funds established by Unapix for the purpose of financing a portion of the acquisition costs of Products.
