Acquisition Parameters definition

Acquisition Parameters means, with respect to any SF Property, the acquisition parameters set forth on Schedule 3 to the Side Letter, as such acquisition parameters may be updated from time to time by Borrowers and approved by Administrative Agent in its sole discretion.
Acquisition Parameters means the guidelines and requirements for any Proposed Qualified Property that are set forth on Schedule 1 hereto.

More Definitions of Acquisition Parameters

Acquisition Parameters means the guidelines and requirements for any Proposed Qualified Asset that are set forth on Schedule 2 hereto.
Acquisition Parameters means with respect to the Contributed REO Properties that on average (i) such Contributed REO Properties have at least three bedrooms and 1.8 bathrooms and are at least 1,200 square feet, (ii) the dates on which such Contributed REO Properties were built are no earlier than 1980 and (iii) with respect to any Contributed REO Properties that are subject to Lease Agreements, the monthly rates of such Lease Agreements are at least $1,105.
