More Definitions of Act of the members

Act of the members means any act described in Section 10.02.
Act of the members means the affirmative vote at a meeting or written agreement of those Members having Percentage Interests cumulatively in excess of one-half of the Percentage Interests of all Members entitled to vote shall constitute an Act of the Members.
