ACTC definition

ACTC means any of the Automated Cash Transaction Centres of the Bank through which the Card User can have access to banking services, other than cash withdrawal, by using the Card and the PIN and/or any other security detail which the Bank may ask the Card User to use by virtue of any Special Terms.
ACTC has the meaning given that term in Section 7.1.

  • The amount of the CTC that can be claimed as a refunda- ble credit is limited as it was in 2020 except that the maxi- mum ACTC amount for each qualifying child increased to$1,500.• The increased age allowance for a qualifying child has ex- pired.

  • Bona fide resi- dents of Puerto Rico are no longer required to have three or more qualifying children to be eligible to claim the ACTC.

  • The event is a round of the ACTC Pouncey League for Solo Motorcycles and a round for the ACTC Red Rose Bowl for Motorcycle Combinations.

  • Application of permit requirements to discharges from municipal separate storm sewers owned by the Washington State Department of Transportation (WSDOT) is limited to those storm sewers located within the regulated area of the other named permittees.

Related to ACTC

  • Local Government Act means the Local Government Act, R.S.B.C. 2015, Chapter 1, together with all amendments thereto and replacements thereof;

  • Medical Treatment means examination and treatment by a Legally Qualified Physician for a condition which first manifested itself, worsened or became acute or had symptoms which would have prompted a reasonable person to seek diagnosis, care or treatment.

  • General treatment means treatment (including provision of goods and services) that is intended to manage or prevent a disease, injury or condition and is not “hospital treatment”.

  • Respiratory care practitioner means an individual who practices respiratory care.

  • VAT Act means the Value Added Tax Act, No 89 of 1991, as may be amended from time to time.

  • Licensed health care practitioner means a physician, as defined in Section 1861(r)(1) of the Social Security Act, a registered professional nurse, licensed social worker or other individual who meets requirements prescribed by the Secretary of the Treasury.

  • Licensed practical nurse means a person licensed as a trained practical nurse under ch. 441, Stats.

  • Corrupt practices means the offering, giving, receiving or soliciting of anything of value to influence the action of a Government official in procurement process or in contract execution: and

  • corrupt practice means the offering, giving, receiving, or soliciting of anything of value to influence the action of a public official in the procurement process or in contract execution.

  • Residential treatment means services at a facility that provides care 24 hours daily to one or more patients, including, but not limited to, the following services: room and board; medical, nursing and dietary services; patient diagnosis, assessment and treatment; individual, family and group counseling; and educational and support services, including a designated unit of a licensed health care facility providing any and all other services specified in this paragraph to patients with substance use disorder.[PL 2017, c. 407, Pt.   • Corrupt and Fraudulent Practices means either one or any combination of the practices given below;

  • corrupt and fraudulent practice means the offering, giving, receiving, or soliciting, of anything of value to influence the action of a public official or the contractor in the procurement process or in contract execution to the detriment of the procuring agency; or misrepresentation of facts in order to influence a procurement process or the execution of a contract, collusive practices among applicants/bidders (prior to or after bid submission) designed to establish bid prices at artificial, non-competitive levels and to deprive the procuring agency of the benefits of free and open competition and any request for, or solicitation of anything of value by any public official in the course of the exercise of his duty;

  • Licensed practitioner means an individual who has been trained in the use of personal restraint and seclusion, who is knowledgeable of the risks inherent in the implementation of personal restraint and seclusion, and who is 1 of the following:

  • DP Regulator means any governmental or regulatory body or authority with responsibility for monitoring or enforcing compliance with the Data Protection Laws;

  • GST/HST means all goods and services tax and harmonized sales tax imposed under Part IX of the Excise Tax Act (Canada).

  • Socially and economically disadvantaged person means an individual who is a citizen or lawful permanent resident of the United States and who is Black, Hispanic, Native American, Asian, Female; or a member of another group or an individual found to be disadvantaged by the Small Business Administration pursuant to Section 3 of the Small Business Act.
