Cash Withdrawal. 1. After the Cardmember completes the “Express Cash withdrawal” service application and the application is approved by Amex, the Cardmember may use the Corporate Card to withdraw cash. Amex only provides cash withdrawal service outside the territory of Republic of China. Each time the Cardmember uses the Corporate Card to make a cash withdrawal, Cardmember shall pay a service fee amounting to 1% of the cash withdrawn or NT$50, whichever is higher. (See “American Express Express Cash Terms and Conditions” for other rules governing cash withdrawal) 2. The Cardmember shall not use the Corporate Card to obtain, directly or indirectly, financing from any cash withdrawal service provider or third party that has not been approved by the competent authority or is not commissioned by Amex to engage in such business. 3. The Cardmember may activate or terminate the cash withdrawal service at any time after receiving Amex’s approval.

Cash Withdrawal. The TCU24 ATM card and TCU MasterMoneyTM debit card may be used to withdraw cash from an ATM machine up to your limit or the available balance of your account, whichever is less. Daily cash withdrawal limits are established on a case by case basis, generally up to $250.00 (may be subject to exception).

Cash Withdrawal. 9.6.1. Debit Transactions shall be deemed to be cash withdrawal transactions and the Cardmember hereby authorises the Bank to debit the Account for the total amount of any payment, purchase, withdrawal of cash or transfer of funds effected with the Card in accordance with the Bank’s record of transactions. 9.6.2. Cash withdrawal transactions, when or where applicable made at POS terminals using the Card shall be subject to the following: (a) That the cash withdrawal shall be made together with purchases made using the Card; (b) The amount of each cash withdrawal is not more than the limit specifically prescribed by the Bank and / or the relevant merchant in respect of cash withdrawal of this nature, whichever is lower, from time to time and at any time. .

Cash Withdrawal. Advance Fees The Cardmember can use the Credit Card to withdraw cash from ATMs in India or overseas in accordance with the compatibility of the Credit Card at the said ATM(s). A transaction fee shall be levied on all such withdrawals and would be billed to the Cardmember in the next/forthcoming Statement. The transaction fee is subject to change at the sole discretion of the Bank. Further, all Cash Withdrawal transactions shall also carry a Finance Charge from the date of withdrawal until the date of full and final payment. For details on applicable charges, please refer the Schedule of Charges in the Cardmember Agreement, and Most Important Terms and Conditions document, on the reverse of monthly Statement or on the Bank website.
Cash Withdrawal. Cash withdrawal from the account shall imply, on one hand, prior transformation of the electronic money in the account to cash and, on the other, the relevant annotation in the HOLDER’s payment account. The payment account may not record a negative balance arising from the transactions performed by the HOLDER, who shall be bound to have a sufficient balance for each transaction requested. 1. PECUNPAY may exercise its right to compensation that would imply withdrawal of the balances from the accounts or any other type of asset in the name of the HOLDER, either arising from this agreement, or any other legal relation binding the parties. 2. XXXXXXXX may initiate charge reimbursement proceedings for any specific transaction that may lead to your payment account having a negative balance; 3. XXXXXXXX may take the measures to collect debts that include, but are not limited to sending a debt collection agency or lawyers, or filing a claim before a court. XXXXXXXX reserves the right to charge the HOLDER the expenses that are reasonably incurred in relation to any debt collection or effort to ensure fulfilment; 4. If PECUNPAY requests performance of a Top-up to correct a negative balance and the HOLDER does not do so within 7 working days, it is authorised to initiate a payment transaction for the amount of the negative balance (or equivalent in another currency) against one of your Stored Cards or user Bank Accounts.
Cash Withdrawal. Extracting account cash involves, on one hand, the previous transformation of electronic money account in cash and, on another hand, the relevant entry in the account payments of the holder. The payment accounts may not reflect a negative balance derived from the operations carried out by the OWNER, so it will be obliged to have a sufficient balance for each operation requested. If for any reason (but not limited to any technical error attributable to PECUNPAY or any of its external suppliers) the HOLDER has a negative balance in his payment account, he agrees to immediately recharge the amount required to correct the negative balance. These amounts expire without prior notification. If you do not do so: 1. PECUNPAY may exercise its right of compensation, which will mean the provision of account balances or any other type of asset in the name of the OWNER, already derived from this contract or any other legal relationship that unites the parts 2. XXXXXXXX may initiate a chargeback procedure for any specific transaction that leads to your payment account having a negative balance; 3. PECUNPAY may take debt collection measures that include, but are not limited to sending to a debt collection agency or lawyers or presenting the claim in court. XXXXXXXX reserves the right to charge the HOLDER for expenses that are reasonably incurred in connection with any debt collection or compliance efforts; 4. If PECUNPAY requests that you complete a Surcharge to correct a negative balance and the HOLDER does not do so within 7 business days, it authorizes to initiate a payment transaction for the amount of the negative balance (or the equivalent in another currency) of one of Your stored Cards or User Bank Accounts.
