Active Component definition

Active Component means any product other than an Assigned Product which performs an identifiable therapeutic or prophylactic function when combined with an Assigned Product.
Active Component means a component that confers a therapeutic effect on a standalone basis or on an incremental or synergistic basis, excluding, for clarity and without limitation, [***] and compounds that potentiate nucleases but which themselves do not confer a therapeutic effect on such basis.
