Active Construction definition

Active Construction means that the Co-owners have active development and building permits for the construction of the apartment building and the associated parking podium, and that construction activity including but not limited to equipment, machinery, and employees, are on-site working towards the necessary building inspections leading to an occupancy permit.
Active Construction means any building or structure that is under active construction and has a current and valid building permit.
Active Construction means that (i) construction activity is taking place at a property without any pause, interruption, or suspension greater in duration than 45 days, and (ii) the owner, owner of record, or a duly authorized agent, servant, assign, employee, or contractor acting or providing services on behalf thereof, is on-site at a property that is under construction, actively engaged in construction, maintenance, demolition, or related administrative activity, without any pause, interruption, or suspension greater in duration than 15 days.

  • The constructional plant means all appliances, tools, plants or machinery or whatsoever nature required in or about the execution, completion or maintenance of the works but does not include materials or other things intended to form part of the permanent work.

  • Cost of Construction means the total cost to Owner of those portions of the entire Project designed or specified by the Design Professional. Cost of Construction does not include the Design Professional's compensation and expenses and Owner's expenses associated with the Project or the cost of other services to be provided by others to the Owner.
