Building Inspections. 5.2.1 All inspections shall be in conformance with the State adopted Building, Electrical, Mechanical, and Plumbing Codes and the DFCM’s specifications as contained in the construction documents. 5.2.2 The inspector will report directly to the Building Official. The inspector will perform inspection and other services as directed by the Building Official. 5.2.3 All of the Consultant's inspectors (including special inspectors) must be licensed in the State of Utah in one or more of the following areas. Inspector: I Combination, I UBC, I NEC, I IPC and I IMC. All inspectors will submit qualifications to be approved by the Building Official. Inspectors will not perform inspections in trade areas for which they are not properly licensed by the State of Utah. 5.2.4 Consultant shall notify the Building Official at least two business days prior to any change in the primary person performing on-site inspections. The replacement inspector is subject to approval by the Building Official. 5.2.5 Consultant shall regularly visit site and make note of any work which has been covered without being inspected. Consultant shall immediately notify the Building Official of any work that has been covered without inspection.
Building Inspections. Building Inspections shall be performed during regular working hours on a regular basis, but not less than every sixty (60) days. Inspections shall be performed by the Supervisor of Maintenance. If deficiencies in job performance are noted, the lead custodian and/or building principal or his/her designee will also participate in the inspection. The employee will also receive a copy of the inspection. The inspection shall also include an overall job performance evaluation (e.g. a check-off noting “excellent”, “good” or “needs improvement”).

XXXX supports the City who shall expedite building inspection services presently available in the Coastal Area to ensure that additions to structures, new structures, and reconstructions on properties within the City’s jurisdiction are built according to relevant building codes, and local codes. Building inspections of projects within the Coastal Area involving wetlands fill or dredging, commercial developments, residential developments and subdivisions of property which are or will be greater than five (5) acres in size, the construction of bulkheads or other similar erosion control structures and projects impacting state water bottoms (including piers, boathouses and similar structures) shall be conducted to ensure that all structures are permitted or otherwise approved by the Department and/or that they are otherwise constructed consistent with the permit and/or other authorization issued by the Department. B. The definitions of Coastal Area, construction activities, structures, and other pertinent wording shall be defined by ADEM Administrative Code Rule 335-8-1-.02, or equivalent section if new rules are promulgated by ADEM. C. The City shall notify permit applicants that they are required to obtain an ADEM Construction Stormwater Discharge Permit for any land disturbing activities affecting greater than one (1) acre. Applicants shall contact ADEM's Mobile Branch Office.
Building Inspections. Contractor shall promptly notify the respective regulatory departments or official bodies when any portion of the Work is ready for inspection and Contractor shall, at once, undertake all tasks required to obtain approvals of such Work, to remove any violations therefrom or to comply with such inspections, without any additional charge to Owner.

A quarterly checklist will be used to conduct a thorough, top to bottom inspection;
Building Inspections. Conduct complete inspections of the Xxxxx' Managed Properties and the surrounding common areas and all of their mechanical facilities as is prudent to determine that the same are in good order and repair, but no less frequently than once per calendar quarter during the term of this Agreement; provided, however, that any Xxxxx' Managed Properties subject to triple-net leases need only be inspected semi-annually.
Building Inspections. The EMPLOYER shall ensure that all PAC controlled facilities are inspected to certify proper ventilation, air quality, and other safety components are adequate. The EMPLOYER shall request copies of any reports regarding proper ventilation and air quality from entities from which PAC leases spaces. The EMPLOYER shall provide a copy of reports to the FEDERATION.
