Active Government Contract definition

Active Government Contract means a Government Contract which is not a Completed Government Contract.
Active Government Contract has the meaning set forth in the Section 3.23(a).
Active Government Contract means a Government Contract for which the period of performance, including option periods, remains open or final payment has not been received.

More Definitions of Active Government Contract

Active Government Contract means a Government Contract that, as of the date of this Agreement, has not been fully performed and “closed” under the closeout procedures of the Governmental Body responsible for administering the Government Contract.
Active Government Contract means each Government Contract with respect to which performance has not been completed, final payment has not been received, and/or any claims associated with any terms applicable to the release of final payment thereunder have been asserted, are ongoing, and are unresolved.
Active Government Contract has the meaning specified in Section 4.26(a).
Active Government Contract means a Government Contract for which, as of the date hereof, (i) performance obligations under the Contract have not been completed, or (ii) for cost reimbursement type contracts, performance obligations under the Contract have been completed within the last 10 years, and with respect to both (i) and (ii) the Contract has not been closed-out under the procedures of the Governmental Authority responsible for administering the Government Contract.
Active Government Contract. Is defined in Section 2.13(a).
Active Government Contract means each Government Contract for which the Defense Contract Audit Agency has not completed its audit of incurred costs or for which the Company has not completed fully its performance obligations.
Active Government Contract shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 2.25(a)(i) hereof.
