Active Principle definition

Active Principle means fentanyl, which for purposes of the Products to be manufactured by LTS hereunder, shall be as specified in accordance with the specifications therefor attached hereto as Exhibit A.
Active Principle means a substance produced by the Technology from naturally occurring substances that may be added to a pharmaceutical, cosmetic or other products to produce a stabilizing effect on the product.
Active Principle means the active pharmaceutical ingredient Sumatriptan Succinate ready to be used for the development of the Product (as hereinafter defined) and for the manufacturing of Clinical Samples (as hereinafter defined) and the Product.

  • All Active Principle supplied hereunder shall be utilized by LTS solely for conducting work on the Project and any unused quantities shall be returned to NuPathe at NuPathe’s cost.
