Clinical Samples definition

Clinical Samples means any biological material collected from a Trial Subject in the course of conducting the Clinical Trial.
Clinical Samples means Samples obtained from patients pursuant to a clinical trial of the Pharmaceutical Partners Product.
Clinical Samples shall have the meaning provided in Section 4.5.

More Definitions of Clinical Samples

Clinical Samples means those Products that have been produced by Aesica for the purposes of enabling the Customer to undertake clinical trials;
Clinical Samples means Product to be supplied by Nycomed in accordance with the terms of this Agreement for purposes of (i) Phase IV Studies pursuant to a Phase IV Development Plan or (ii) the Clinical Development pursuant to a Clinical Development Plan, as applicable, (iii) in both cases referred to in (i) and (ii) including placebo.
