The Technology definition
The Technology means certain know-how, technical data, and information, relating to the product and its use, said product being one or more vegetable oils providing a balance of saturated and polyunsaturated fatty acids for incorporation into any and all food products to increase HDL and the HDL/LDL cholesterol ratio in human serum, and accompanying know-how, and the U.S. patent application describing and claiming same, as more fully described and/or listed in Appendix A hereto and made a part hereof, whether or not it is of a confidential nature or patentable.
The Technology means post-manufacture non-contact corrosion protection technologies including, without limitation, VCI delivery systems such as capsules, films, papers and other host materials and other systems for protecting industrial and commercial products against chemical, electrostatic, physical and environmental damage and corrosion including non-contact barrier protection and scavenger protection systems.
The Technology means that process and equipment related to the design, construction and operation of the Plasma Ignition System as set forth and identified in Exhibit B and its attachments and amendments, if any, all of which are, or if attachments of amendments shall be, attached hereto and made a part hereof. The Technology specifically includes the, regardless of the date of initiation or completion, modifications or enhancements to such process or equipment developed or performed independently by ICI, its agents, servants, employees, contractors, assigns or successors, which are subject to patent or copyright protection in their own right, whether so protected or not. The Technology also include modifications or enhancements to such process or equipment developed or performed independently by ITI, its agents, servants, employees, contractors, assigns or successors, which are subject to patent or copyright protection in their own right, whether so protected or not.

The Technology. Refers to the technology provided by Party A related to the research, development, and manufacturing of the Drug, including formulations, models, instruments, equipment, calculations, technical knowledge, manufacturing processes, manufacturing methods, manufacturing Instructions, drawings, charts, explanations, quality requirements, Testing and analysis methods. This includes all written information such as manufacturing standards, raw material inspection specifications, finished product inspection specifications, and other intellectual property owned by Party A in various forms, including but not limited to emails, files, documents, image files, CDs, and test and experiment data.
The Technology means SMSMobility’s rights in and to technical information, know-how, processes, procedures, compositions, devices, methods, formulas, protocols, techniques, software, designs, drawings or data specified in a US Patent Pending Technology related to the Technology, and all subsequent related modifications, filings and patent applications (“The Technology”) which were licensed to SMSMobility.
The Technology means that list of information and data which is set out in Schedule 2 hereto.
The Technology shall include all of the following WSURF intellectual property:
(a) All United States and foreign patents and/or patent applications listed in Appendix A; and
(b) All United States and foreign patents issued or reissued from the patent applications listed in Appendix A (or above) and from any divisional and continuations or continuations-in-part of these applications, or from any subject matter specifically described in these applications.
The Technology means the stereoscopic three dimensional television viewing system under development by the Company and any improvements or alterations of any kind to that system together with all parts, attachments, accessories and related technology and any patent relating thereto and any other inventions or developments whatsoever which are or become the property of the Company;
