  • The Vendor will provide the Owner operating and instruction manuals for the Actiview Products and Actiview Services (the "Actiview Operating Manuals") in accordance with this subsection as soon as they are reasonably available but in no event later than the dates and times set forth in the Actiview State- ment of Work.

  • QA means Quality Assurance.

  • Supplier’s Manager means a manager who at the relevant time carries such designation from the Supplier under, or in accordance with, ARTICLE 5;

  • Quality Assurance means a systematic procedure for assessing the effectiveness, efficiency, and appropriateness of services.
