Actual Compound definition

Actual Compound means Proposed Compounds which meet the Acceptance Criteria in Section 2.2.4 and have been deemed an Actual Compound as set forth in Section 2.2.6. For purposes of clarity, an Actual Compound shall also remain a Library Compound.

  • In the event that Novartis does not provide Infinity with a Non-Acceptance Notice in respect of a particular Proposed Compound within the relevant Non-Acceptance Notice Period, such Proposed Compound, upon expiration of the Non-Acceptance Notice Period, shall automatically be deemed to be an Actual Compound.

Unless a product is considered a milk product under this subdivision, milk product does not include dietary products, infant formula, ice cream or other desserts, cheese, or butter.   • Daily Compounded XXXXX means, for any day, XXXXX with interest accruing on a compounded daily basis, with the methodology and conventions for this rate (which will include compounding in arrears with a lookback) being established by the Administrative Agent in accordance with the methodology and conventions for this rate selected or recommended by the Relevant Governmental Body for determining compounded XXXXX for business loans; provided that if the Administrative Agent decides that any such convention is not administratively feasible for the Administrative Agent, then the Administrative Agent may (in consultation with the Borrower) establish another convention in its reasonable discretion; and provided that if the administrator has not provided or published XXXXX and a Benchmark Replacement Date with respect to XXXXX has not occurred, then, in respect of any day for which XXXXX is required, references to XXXXX will be deemed to be references to the last provided or published XXXXX. Any change in Daily Compounded SOFR due to a change in XXXXX shall be effective from and including the effective date of such change in XXXXX without notice to the Borrower.

  • Diagnostic Product means any test or assay for diagnosing or detecting a disease, disorder, medical condition, or symptom.

  • Actual consumption means the measured consumption by a customer of a municipal service;

  • Bulk Product means Licensed Product supplied in a form other than Finished Product which can be converted into Finished Product.

  • Reference biological product means the single biological product licensed pursuant to 42 U.S.C.

  • Collaboration Compound means any of the following: (a) FG-4592, (b) any HIF Compound (other than FG-4592) that is added to this Agreement pursuant to Section 3.6, and (c) any salts, esters, complexes, chelates, crystalline and amorphous morphic forms, pegylated forms, enantiomers (excluding regioisomers), prodrugs, solvates, metabolites and catabolites of any of the foregoing ((a) or (b)).

  • Drug Product means a specific drug in dosage form from a known source of manufacture, whether

  • Compound means the taking of two or more ingredients and fabricating them into a single

  • Licensed Compounds means: (a) Research Program Active Compounds; (b) Novartis Active Compounds; (c) salts, hydrates, solvates, esters, metabolites, intermediates, stereoisomers and polymorphs of Research Program Active Compounds or Novartis Active Compounds; and (d) prodrugs of Research Program Active Compounds or Novartis Active Compounds (any of the foregoing, a “Licensed Compound”).

  • Edible cannabis product means cannabis product that is intended to be used, in whole or in part, for human consumption, including, but not limited to, chewing gum, but excluding products set forth in Division 15 (commencing with Section 32501) of the Food and Agricultural Code. An edible cannabis product is not considered food, as defined by Section 109935 of the Health and Safety Code, or a drug, as defined by Section 109925 of the Health and Safety Code.
