Library Compound definition

Library Compound means any chemical entity that may be synthesized through the synthetic transformations defining a Synthetic Pathway.

Library Compound means any compound or mixture or composition of matter which is or was contained in a library prepared by or on behalf of Symyx.

Library Compound shall have the meaning set forth in Section 1.25 of the Collaboration Agreement.

More Definitions of Library Compound

Library Compound means any compound contained in a Library Sample.

Library Compound means any compound that was, prior to the ---------------- Effective Date, or is, at any time during the Research Term, contained in an Internal Library or Collaboration Library.

Library Compound means a compound included in the Library Compound Pool that is selected as a Library Compound pursuant to Section 2.1.2 and delivered to JJPRD; provided that, in the event the Library Compound Structure Information for a compound physically delivered by Infinity as a Library Compound does not contain an accurate description of the molecular formula or molecular structure of such compound, the compound delivered, but not the structure described, shall be deemed to be a Library Compound.

Library Compound means a compound from a Roche Bioscience Screening Library or a Tularik Screening Library.
