Actual meter reading means an electric meter reading that is based on the member’s actual energy use during the period reported and that was performed by a Cooperative representative, by the member and communicated to the company by mail, telephone, fax, on a secure company website, or other reasonable means, or that was transmitted to the Cooperative by an automated or remote meter reading device.
