Actual Total Costs definition

Actual Total Costs means the costs of labor and equipment hours actually incurred by the County for the Traffic Haul Route each calendar year and/or the costs of the limestone aggregate purchases actually made for the Traffic Haul Route each calendar year.
Actual Total Costs means those amounts expended by Northpoint to construct the Project as contemplated by Exhibit E hereto.
Actual Total Costs means the actual total costs of constructing, installing or providing the Services listed in Schedule "B" and certified by the engineer for the Developer, as amended from time to time in accordance with this Agreement.

  • The term “Xxxxx-Xxxxxx’x Yearly Contribution” shall mean the lesser of (i) the amount the Actual Total Costs exceed the Projected Total Costs, or (ii) Forty Thousand Dollars ($40,000) in in the year 2021 with an annual 3% escalator, as shown in Exhibit B attached to this Agreement (Xxxxx- Xxxxxx’x Yearly Contribution Cap”).

More Definitions of Actual Total Costs

Actual Total Costs means the complete final cost of construction of the Street Improvements including, without limitation, design costs, engineering fees, right-of-way acquisition, any environmental studies or documentation, testing expenses, construction administration, and related fees and expenses. The Actual Total Costs shall not include any costs for attorney’s fees, publication costs, accounting, financing, or acquisition of financing, incurred by any Party.

Related to Actual Total Costs

  • Total Costs means the sum of all direct and indirect costs associated with the purchase of the goods incurred by CPUT, including but not limited to the invoice price, goods life, service costs, distribution costs, transaction costs, inventory costs, purchasing administration costs and other costs incurred with the use of the goods provided by the Bidder.

  • Actual Costs as used herein shall mean those costs that were reasonably incurred in order to protect the honesty and integrity of the gaming being operated by Tribe under, and to monitor the Tribe’s compliance with, the Compact. Costs incurred in common for more than one tribe shall be allocated among such tribes. For purposes of this Section 13, prior years’ actual costs shall be based on the actual costs incurred for the twelve months ending September 30. Regulatory Fees shall be paid as follows:

  • Actual Cost means the cost of depleted supplies, records storage media costs, actual mailing and alternative delivery costs, or other transmitting costs, and any direct equipment operating and maintenance costs, including actual costs paid to private contractors for copying services.

  • Direct Costs means the sum of the following:

  • Total cost means the total annual cost of benefits and related costs including but not limited to claims, administration expenses, insurance premiums, consulting, auditing and advisory fees and all other costs and taxes, as reported on the insurance carrier’s most recent yearly statement, and if any, premium costs on other district school area board or public school authority statements, for the year ending no later than August 31, 2015. The aforementioned statements are to be provided to the Ministry of Education. Total Cost excludes retiree costs. The average number of Full-Time Equivalent (FTE) positions in the bargaining unit as at October 31st and March 31st for the period consistent with this clause.

  • Allocable Costs means costs allocable to a particular cost objective if the goods or services involved are chargeable or assignable to such cost objective in accordance with relative benefits received or other equitable relationship. Costs allocable to a specific Program may not be shifted to other Programs in order to meet deficiencies caused by overruns or other fund considerations, to avoid restrictions imposed by law or by the terms of this Agreement, or for other reasons of convenience.

  • Start-Up Costs means all fees, costs, and expenses incurred in connection with establishing the State Mitigation Trust and the Indian Tribe Mitigation Trust and setting them up for operation. Start-up costs shall not include the cost of premiums for insurance policies.

  • Controllable Expenses means all expenses, other than Uncontrollable Expenses, incurred by the Company or any Subsidiary of the Company with respect to the Property.

  • Direct Expenses means “Operating Expenses” and “Tax Expenses.”

  • Reimbursable Costs means expenses incurred by the employee in the course of engaging in the planned learning activity and include registration, tuition and examination fees as well as textbooks/discs and applicable taxes. They may also include reasonable, incremental meal, accommodation and travel expenses.

  • Estimated Costs means costs estimated by the Authority as likely to be:

  • Total Operating Expenses means all costs and expenses paid or incurred by the Company, as determined under generally accepted accounting principles, that are in any way related to the operation of the Company or to Company business, including advisory fees, but excluding (i) the expenses of raising capital such as Organization and Offering Expenses, legal, audit, accounting, underwriting, brokerage, listing, registration, and other fees, printing and other such expenses and tax incurred in connection with the issuance, distribution, transfer, registration and Listing of the Shares, (ii) interest payments, (iii) taxes, (iv) non-cash expenditures such as depreciation, amortization and bad debt reserves, (v) incentive fees paid in compliance with the NASAA REIT Guidelines, (vi) Acquisition Fees and Acquisition Expenses, (vii) real estate commissions on the Sale of Properties, (viii) Financing Coordination Fees and (ix) other fees and expenses connected with the acquisition, disposition, management and ownership of real estate interests, mortgage loans or other property (including the costs of foreclosure, insurance premiums, legal services, maintenance, repair and improvement of property).

  • Company Reimbursable Costs means the actual costs and expenses incurred by Company and/or its Affiliates in connection with performance of the Company Work or otherwise incurred by Company and/or its Affiliates in connection with this Agreement, and including, without limitation, any such costs that may have been incurred by Company and/or its Affiliates in connection with the Company Work or this Agreement prior to the Effective Date. These Company Reimbursable Costs shall include, without limitation, the actual expenses for labor (including, without limitation, internal labor), services, materials, subcontracts, equipment or other expenses incurred in the execution of the Company Work, all applicable overhead, overtime costs, all federal, state and local taxes incurred (including, without limitation, all taxes arising from amounts paid to Company that are deemed to be contributions in aid of construction), all costs of outside experts, consultants, counsel and contractors, all other third-party fees and costs, and all costs of obtaining any required permits, rights, consents, releases, approvals, or authorizations acquired by or on behalf of Company, including, without limitation, the Required Approvals.

  • Prime costs and “Prime cost sum” means the amount actually paid by the contractor for any article, commodity or special work and shall include all proper charges for packing, carriage and delivery to site, after deduction of all trade documents, rebates and allowances and the discount obtainable for cash insofar as such discount for cash exceeds 2½%.

  • Gross Operating Expenses shall include (i) all costs and expenses of operating the Hotel included within the meaning of the term “Total Costs and Expenses” contained in the Uniform System and, (ii) without duplication, the following: all salaries and employee expense and payroll taxes (including salaries, wages, bonuses and other compensation of all employees of the Hotel, and benefits including life, medical and disability insurance and retirement benefits), expenditures described in Section 9.1, operational supplies, utilities, insurance to be provided by Lessee under the terms of this Lease, governmental fees and assessments, common area maintenance costs and other common area fees and assessments, food, beverages, laundry service expense, the cost of Inventories, license fees, advertising, marketing, reservation systems and any and all other operating expenses as are reasonably necessary for the proper and efficient operation of the Hotel and the Leased Property incurred by Lessee in accordance with the provisions hereof (excluding, however, (i) federal, state and municipal excise, sales and use taxes collected directly from patrons and guests or as a part of the sales price of any goods, services or displays, such as gross receipts, admissions, cabaret or similar or equivalent taxes paid over to federal, state or municipal governments, (ii) the cost of insurance to be provided under Article 13, (iii) expenditures by Lessor pursuant to Article 13 and (iv) payments on any Mortgage or other mortgage or security instrument on the Hotel); all determined in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles. No part of Lessee’s central office overhead or general or administrative expense (as opposed to that of the Hotel), and no operating expenses paid or payable by tenants under Space Leases, shall be deemed to be a part of Gross Operating Expenses, as herein provided. Reasonable out-of-pocket expenses of Lessee incurred for the account of or in connection with the Hotel operations, including but not limited to postage, telephone charges and reasonable travel expenses of employees, officers and other representatives and consultants of Lessee and its Affiliates, shall be deemed to be a part of Gross Operating Expenses and such Persons shall be afforded reasonable accommodations, food, beverages, laundry, valet and other such services by and at the Hotel without charge to such Persons or Lessee.

  • Actual Cash Value means purchase price less depreciation.

  • Project Expenses means usual and customary operating and financial costs. The term does not include extraordinary capital expenses, development fees and other non-operating expenses.

  • O&M Costs as defined in the Depositary Agreement.

  • Termination Costs means all documented Direct Costs and Indirect Costs incurred by Transmission Owner in connection with the performance of the Services (i) prior to the effective date of termination, including such costs incurred for materials, equipment, tools, construction equipment and machinery, engineering and other items, materials, assets or services that cannot reasonably be avoided, mitigated or cancelled, (ii) to unwind any work undertaken prior to or after the effective date of termination to the extent reasonably necessary to return the Projects to a configuration or condition in compliance with Good Utility Practice and applicable Law, and (iii) arising from cancellation costs relating to orders or contracts entered into in connection with the performance of Services by Transmission Owner prior to the effective date of the termination.

  • Cost Share means the member’s financial obligation for a covered service. Depending on the plan type, cost-share may include one or more of the following: deductible, copay, access fee, coinsurance, pharmacy deductible, and precertification charges.

  • Allocable Overhead means, at any time with respect to each Qualifying Project, an amount equal to (1) the amount of corporate or other organizational overhead expenses of, and actually incurred by, Wynn Resorts and its Subsidiaries calculated in good faith on a consolidated basis, after the elimination of intercompany transactions, in accordance with GAAP, divided by (2) the number of Qualifying Projects. However, amounts allocated to any Qualifying Project shall be prorated based on the period within such period that such Qualifying Project was in operation or financing therefor was obtained. With respect to any amounts payable pursuant to any agreements entered into by and among Wynn Resorts, any of its Subsidiaries and/or any of their respective Affiliates, any payment in respect of Allocable Overhead shall not include any fee, profit or similar component and shall represent only the payment or reimbursement of actual costs and expenses.

  • Allocable Share means Allocable Share as that term is defined in the Master Settlement Agreement.

  • Controllable Operating Expenses means all Operating Expenses except real property taxes, all forms of insurance, utility expenses, costs of services provided under a union contract, payments under CC&R’s or to an owners’ association and costs associated with repairs due to casualty, vandalism or other source outside of Landlord’s reasonable control.
