Additional City Services definition

Additional City Services means the following services coordinated and paid by Zuma Foundation Inc. for the Triathlon Race Event, as required by the City Temporary Use Permit, including: (1) law enforcement and fire protection; (2) garbage and refuse disposal; (3) crowd control and traffic control; (4) utilities; and (5) any additional services the City deems appropriate in its sole and absolute discretion.
Additional City Services means City services in excess of Basic City Services, as defined below.

Examples of Additional City Services in a sentence

  • Additional City Services are outlined on the service & equipment request form (page XX).

  • TCS will be charged the actual cost of Additional City Services incurred by Park City without any charge for profit, employee benefits, nondestructive use of equipment, depreciation, overhead, or wear and tear on any equipment.

  • Park City will provide TCS with cost estimates for the Additional City Services before those additional City Services are performed.

  • If such adjustments require Park City to provide services which exceed the level or type of City Services in the aggregate that Park City is committed to provide at Section6.1 herein, then such services shall be considered Additional City Services to be paid for by TCS under Section 6.2.

  • Redeveloper shall receive a credit against the Additional City Services Fee referenced in Section 3.12.2 of the Redevelopment Agreement in the amount of the Reimbursement, plus interest at a rate of 9.0% per annum from the Effective Date through January 31, 2013 (the “Credit”).

  • For illustration purposes only, based on the schedule set forth in Section 3.12.2 of the Redevelopment Agreement, if Redeveloper is liable for an Additional City Services Fee of $1,000,000 in Year One, Redeveloper shall only be required to pay the sum of $1,000,000 less the Credit in full satisfaction of the Additional City Services Fee in Year One.

  • Additional City Services are outlined on the service & equipment request form (page 5 in the application).

  • In the event that the Additional City Services Fee is not required to be paid by Redeveloper because it has met the $50 million capital investment commitment as set forth in Section 3.12 of the Redevelopment Agreement, Redeveloper and LCRA shall promptly negotiate in good faith to apply the Credit or any remaining balance of the Credit against another financial obligation of Redeveloper to LRCA or the City.

  • In the event that the Additional City Services Fee owed by Redeveloper for Year One is less than the Credit, then the remaining balance of the Credit shall be applied against any Additional City Services Fee for subsequent years until exhausted.

  • For illustration purposes only, based on the following schedule, in the event Redeveloper is obligated by contract to a third party for $2,000,000 in Year One, such amount being 4% of the $50 million commitment, the Additional City Services Fee of $1,000,000 would be reduced by 4% or $40,000.

Related to Additional City Services

  • Beta Services means the features and/or functionality of the Services that may be made available to Customer to try at its option at no additional charge and which are clearly designated as beta, pilot, limited release, non-production, early access, evaluation, labs or by a similar description.

  • Additional Services shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.03(a).

  • Cloud Services means SAP’s then-current cloud services offered under and described in detail in the applicable SAP PartnerEdge Model.

  • Support Services means support in relation to the use of, and the identification and resolution of errors in, the Hosted Services, but shall not include the provision of training services;

  • Educational Services means educational training provided to Entitled Students at a School;

  • Cemetery services means cremations, grave openings and closings, and installation of grave memorials.
