Additional Class B Notes definition

Additional Class B Notes has the meaning specified in Clause 2.1(e)(ii) (Conditions to Issuance of Additional Issuer Notes) of the Issuer Facility Agreement.
Additional Class B Notes means Additional Notes consisting of Class B Notes.
Additional Class B Notes means, with respect to the Class B Notes, any additional Class B Notes issued or proposed to be issued within such Class after the Series 2002-2 Closing Date.
