Additional Commitment Fee definition

Additional Commitment Fee means the additional commitment fee payable to Agent for distribution to the Banks pursuant to Section 2.13, hereof.
Additional Commitment Fee shall have the meaning provided in Section 2.14(a).
Additional Commitment Fee is defined in Section 2.3(b).

Examples of Additional Commitment Fee in a sentence

  • The Company Termination Notice shall not be effective until one (1) Business Day after the Additional Commitment Fee has been received by the Investor.

  • The Additional Commitment Fee, if applicable, shall be due and payable 360 days prior to the Revolving Credit Maturity Date then in effect.
