Additional Fee Notice means a letter provided to Parents and Account Holders by the School, from time to time, setting out Additional Fees not recorded in the Annual Fee Letter.
Additional Fees means those prices for the Additional Goods/Services and additional costs and levies required from time to time and notified to you in advance, to provide adequately for the education and related activities and services provided to your Child, including the costs of extra-curricular activities or special educational needs;
Reduction Notice has the meaning set forth in Section 1.3.
Acceleration Notice shall have the meaning specified in Section 6.2.
CAFA Notice refers to the notice requirements imposed by 28 U.S.C. § 1715(b).
Designation Notice means a notice from any Lender or an Affiliate of a Lender substantially in the form of Exhibit I.
Penalty Charge Notice means a notice described in Section 78 of the 2004 Act having effect as if issued or served by a Civil Enforcement Officer or posted by the enforcement authority under any regulations for the time being in force under Section 78 of the 2004 Act.
Activation Notice have the meanings ascribed thereto in Annex C.
Termination Notice means the communication issued in accordance with this Agreement by one Party to the other Party terminating this Agreement;
Additional Payment has the meaning given in clause 11.1 (Right to repay the Facility early).
Collection Notice means a notice, in substantially the form of Annex A to Exhibit VI, from the Administrative Agent to a Collection Bank.
Contribution Notice means a contribution notice issued by the Pensions Regulator under section 38 or section 47 of the Pensions Xxx 0000.
Variation Notice means a written notice signed by a Shareholder (or each Shareholder in the case of a joint shareholding) under clause 8.1 in the form prescribed or approved by the Board from time to time, which may (without limitation) be combined with, or form part of, any other form or notice including an Election Form).
Completion Notice means a notice issued by the Developer in accordance with clause 6.1.
Early Termination Notice is defined in Section 4.2 of this Agreement.
