Additional First Lien Debt Documents definition

Additional First Lien Debt Documents means, with respect to any class of Additional First Lien Debt, the promissory notes, indentures, Additional First Lien Debt Collateral Documents or other operative agreements evidencing or governing such Additional First Lien Debt Obligations, as the same may be amended, restated, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time.
Additional First Lien Debt Documents means, with respect to the Initial Additional First Lien Obligations or any Series of Additional First Lien Obligations and any Refinancing of such debt, the notes, indentures, credit agreements, security documents and other operative agreements evidencing or governing such indebtedness and liens securing such indebtedness, including the Initial Additional First Lien Debt Documents and the Additional First Lien Security Documents and each other agreement entered into for the purpose of securing the Initial Additional First Lien Obligations or any Series of Additional First Lien Obligations; provided that, in each case, the Indebtedness thereunder (other than the Initial Additional First Lien Obligations) has been designated as Additional First Lien Obligations pursuant to Section 5.13 hereto.
Additional First Lien Debt Documents shall have the meaning provided in the recitals to this Agreement.

  • All obligations of every nature of the Loan Parties from time to time owed to the Additional First Lien Secured Parties under the Additional First Lien Debt Documents (including any post-petition interest, whether or not allowed or allowable in any insolvency proceeding) (the “Additional First Lien Debt Obligations” and, together with the Credit Agreement Obligations, the “First Lien Obligations”).

  • First Lien Intercreditor Agreement means an Intercreditor Agreement substantially in the form of Exhibit L among the Administrative Agent, the Collateral Agent and the representatives for purposes thereof for any other First Lien Secured Parties, with such changes thereto as may be reasonably acceptable to the Administrative Agent; provided that such changes are not materially adverse to the Lenders.
