Additional Fixed Rate Notes definition

Additional Fixed Rate Notes means additional Fixed Rate Notes (other than the Initial Fixed Rate Notes and other than Exchange Notes issued for such Initial Fixed Rate Notes) issued from time to time under this Indenture in accordance with Sections 2.01 and 4.09 hereof.

Additional Fixed Rate Notes means notes issued pursuant to Section 2.17 hereof and having identical terms as the Initial Fixed Rate Notes, other than as expressly permitted by Section 2.17.

Additional Fixed Rate Notes means Second-Priority Senior Secured Notes due 2014 issued under the terms of this Indenture subsequent to the Issue Date.

Additional Fixed Rate Notes means Fixed Rate Notes (other than the Initial Fixed Rate Notes and other than Exchange Notes for such Initial Fixed Rate Notes) issued under this Indenture in accordance with Sections 2.01, 2.02 and 4.09 hereof.

Additional Fixed Rate Notes means, collectively, 11.250% Senior Secured Notes due 2017 issued from time to time under this Indenture subsequent to the Issue Date in accordance with Sections 2.01 and 4.09 hereof.
