Additional License Fee definition

Additional License Fee has the meaning set forth in Section 2.09.

Additional License Fee means the amount payable by Customer to Triple G in respect of each Additional Licensee, which fee is described in Schedule 1, Item 12. AFFILIATE means an entity that is controlled by, controls, is under common control with another entity.
