Additional PIPE Investment definition

Additional PIPE Investment means the proposed issuance and sale of $50,000,000 of Innovid Corp. Common Stock in a private placement to the PIPE Investors pursuant to the Additional Subscription Agreements.
Additional PIPE Investment has the meaning specified in Section 9.06.
Additional PIPE Investment means any subscription by PIPE Investors for cash after the date of this Agreement, of securities of Irish Holdco, as may be arranged by APHC on the terms set forth on Schedule 1.3 attached hereto.

  • Investment Return means the investment return payable in respect of the Bond in accordance with Clause 5 Returns.

  • Special Purpose Investment Personnel means each SEI Access Person who, in connection with his or her regular functions (including, where appropriate, attendance at Board meetings and other meetings at which the official business of a Trust or any Fund thereof is discussed or carried on), obtains contemporaneous information regarding the purchase or sale of a Security by a Fund. Special Purpose Investment Personnel shall occupy this status only with respect to those Securities as to which he or she obtains such contemporaneous information.

  • Performing Non-Cash Pay Mezzanine Investments means Performing Mezzanine Investments other than Performing Cash Pay Mezzanine Investments.
