Examples of Additional Target Option in a sentence

  • For each Additional Target Option that Novartis exercises, Novartis will pay to Voyager a fee of Eighteen Million Dollars ($18,000,000) per Additional Target (each, an “Additional Target Option Fee”) following receipt of an invoice from Voyager in accordance with Section 5.5.

  • Subject to Section 2.7 (Additional Target Option), either Party may propose an amendment to the Research Plan by submitting such proposed amendment in writing to the JSC for review and approval under Section 4.2.4(b) (Responsibilities).

  • LogicBio hereby grants to CANbridge, on an Option Target-by-Option Target basis, exclusive options to include each Option Target as a Target under this Agreement in accordance with the terms of this Section 2.7 (Additional Target Option) (each such option with respect to an Option Target, an “Additional Target Option”).

Related to Additional Target Option

  • KPI Target means the acceptable performance level for a KPI as set out in each KPI;

  • Soft Target means a target that will suffer minimum damage and cause minimum damage to the subject vehicle in the event of a collision.

  • EBITDA Target means the Company's projected earnings before interest, taxes, one-time transition expenses, non-cash compensation expense charges, depreciation and amortization, as contained in the Company's budget for the Applicable Period and which is approved by the Board (without reference to any adjustments or revision, upwards or downwards, to such projected earnings which are subsequently approved by the Board as part of any subsequent revision to such budget), and (ii) the term "Financial Results" shall mean the Company's EBITDA calculated by reference to the Company's financial statements for the Applicable Period as filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission (the "SEC").

  • Bonus Target means the annual bonus that the Executive would have received in a fiscal year under the AIP Plan and/or the EIC Plan, if the target goals had been achieved.

  • Performance Target means the level of performance expected of the HSP in respect of a Performance Indicator or a Service Volume; “person or entity” includes any individual and any corporation, partnership, firm, joint venture or other single or collective form of organization under which business may be conducted;

  • Collaboration Target means the Initial Collaboration Targets set forth on Exhibit F and any Additional Target or Substitute Target that is selected in accordance with Section 3.3 of this Agreement.

  • Approved 102 Option means an Option granted pursuant to Section 102(b) of the Ordinance and held in trust by a Trustee for the benefit of the Optionee.
