Additional Tranche B Term Loan definition

Additional Tranche B Term Loan has the meaning set forth in Section 2.2(b)(ii).

More Definitions of Additional Tranche B Term Loan

Additional Tranche B Term Loan means each New Tranche B Term Loan made to the US Borrower on the Second Amendment Effective Date by a Tranche B Term Lender that has executed a joinder to the Second Amendment in the capacity as “Additional Tranche B Term Lender”.

Additional Tranche B Term Loan means a Loan made pursuant to Section 3 of the Amendment and Restatement Agreement.
